CRE Risk Intelligence is an AI agent web app built for real estate professionals who need fast, sourced market risk analysis connected to their financial model. You give it five inputs, a market, a property type, an investment strategy, an investment thesis, and a list of risk factors. From there, the agent takes over completely.

It runs a minimum of nine live web searches, reads broker reports from CBRE, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, pulls employment and demographic data, analyzes property tax trends, and scores every risk on likelihood and severity using anchored rubrics grounded in what it actually found, not assumptions. The output is IC-ready in 60 to 90 seconds: a live market briefing, a scored risk table with trajectory indicators, a visual heat map, and risk assessment cards for every Critical and High risk, each closing with specific, model-ready underwriting adjustments calibrated to real market data.
