Physis Capital Secures $48.5M in Final Close of Maiden Fund

Early‑stage venture capital firm Physis Capital announced the final close of its maiden fund, raising Rs 400 crore (≈$48.5 M) from institutional investors and family offices such as SUD Life, Lotus Holdings, Ajmera Realty, Narayana Nethralaya and DS Group. The fund will target pre‑Series A to Series B startups in consumer‑tech, fintech and deep‑tech, with cheque sizes of $1‑3 M.
