It coordinates and represents universities and colleges, providing information, resources, and collaboration across the higher education sector. The organization focuses on supporting researchers, academics, and institutions, and engages in policy and governance related to higher education, inclusion, and collaboration within the region. Based in Belgium, ARES serves the francophone higher education community with events, documents, and guidance for institutions and staff.
