Simplify Roles and Expectations to Eliminate Sleepless Decisions
Someone asked me recently what decisions I’m losing sleep over. And there wasn’t one. For 4 years, I was anxious, grinding, and had no idea whether any of this would work. The stress was constant. But at some point (and this didn't happen by accident), it got easier. We got better at: > Defining people's roles > Setting expectations > Defining deliverables And all the credit goes to our executive coach for a lot of that. We have so many good and bad things behind us now that almost nothing catches us off guard. Everything just hums. All that was required was making the conscious choice to simplify everything.
Four Simple LinkedIn Steps Yield $200K/Month
The simplest LinkedIn strategy I've ever seen is also one of the most profitable. @Laraacostar hit $200K/month with just LinkedIn. She did these 4 things consistently, every single week. 1. Education content (positioning) Two specific breakdowns Two broad business tips...

Commenting on LinkedIn Drives Pipeline and Meetings
Stop overcomplicating Linkedin. If I didn't have 150,000 followers, I'd spend 80% of my time commenting. In Q1, Michael Kurson booked 299 meetings + $2m in pipe from this strategy. Here's his social selling playbook (and how he tracks it):...
Boring, Small‑TAM Markets Deliver SaaS’s Biggest Returns
The markets that made me the most money looked terrible on paper. They were underserved. Relatively unattractive. The kind VCs pass on because the TAM looks too small. That's the point. Boring means: • Customers who actually need it • Real...

Someone gave Claude Code a domain name, and 4 hours later had Typeform. When someone can reproduce a year-old SaaS product in an afternoon, the product itself is not the moat anymore. Many people in SaaS heard that story and...
