Love this target with all my heart and other organs. And a small teaser - we are working on a completely new GLP-1-scale target that also works in inflammation that we will showcase to pharma only after PCC trying to get to the unbeatable level of chemistry for the first time. Out of the 50+ programs it is my favorite as it goes after aging directly. Same philosophy as NLRP3 but should be broader and safer.
