Check a Bag, Use a Quality Backpack, Travel Light
My travel gear tips as a multi-million miler and someone who has traveled 40+ weeks per year for 20+ years: - Just check a bag. Don’t stress over the carry on only thing unless it’s like a 1 day trip. I haven’t had a lost bag ever. 3 times in 20 years I had a bag miss a connection and arrive later but they dropped it off at my hotel. - Tumi makes great nylon checked bags and the Rimowa hybrid is my favorite all around checked bag. But both are heavy. If you don’t have airline status or fly first class, stick to the mid size checked bags, like 26” or so or else you’ll risk being over 50lb. - Nothing beats a quality EDC travel backpack. The Able Carry Max is my all time fave and I have tried them all (literally). Aer makes my second favorite. Tumi is always a safe choice if that’s more your style. - Carry whatever you need in your carry on. Meds, glasses, chargers. I can survive indefinitely with just my backpack. If you need more than that, you may be a carry on only person. - Never count on an outlet being available. Carry a 10k mah battery bank. - Carry a US to UK adapter plug. They hold chargers in the plane outlets more securely then standard us plugs that always fall out - A small first aid/medical kit is handy to help yourself and others. Benadryl saves lives on airplanes. Immodium is another must

All‑Business A350 Turns Into Flying Gas Can

We used to praise growth. Do you know how much energy the factories and steel mills that built this country used? They literally had to put them next to power plants. They used so much water, they built water towers next...
