Blend Tradition with Tech: Mixed Tapes for Success
I’ve realized that the key to my life and work is MIXED TAPES. 1. Design: I put centuries in conversation when creating spaces. Baroque beside ‘80s Memphis, Deco against Brutalism. 2. Longevity: I track biometrics with my Oura ring, optimize sleep with Eight Sleep, and use computer vision tools to get better at Padel. But I get my nutrients naturally, the old way. Sauerkraut for probiotics, kiwis for fiber, walnuts for brain health, full-fat Greek yogurt for healthy fats. 3. Studio culture: I push for in-person over Zoom or email, always. But every team member is expected to use AI across every part of their workflow. 4. Creative Process: I like to couple hand sketches with the latest AI rendering tools The pattern? Keep tradition, add new tools. Every time.
Midday Pilates Reset Boosts Afternoon Creativity and Energy
Every day at 1pm I leave the studio for Pilates. I drive 10 minutes, I take a call on the way, and then I'm there. It's what I call my "afternoon delight". But it's not your typical indulgence. That mid-day break is...
Embrace Interruptions: They Spark Your Best Creative Ideas

One Element Can Transform Any Space's Energy

Break Design Rules: Embrace Tension, Color, and Mix Styles
3 design rules I break and how: 1. "Center your art." Hang it where it creates tension and play with scale. Small pieces in big spaces. Grand pieces in tight ones. Asymmetry draws the eye in ways perfect placement never does. 2....

Passion Turns Discipline Into Everyday Luxury
Discipline is luxury. Everyone wants ease. But creating it takes real work. When I travel for work, my evenings are usually quiet, often room service, laptop open, winding down early. So I can be in the gym by 5, before the day...
