From Player to Coach: Team Accelerates Product Delivery
It's hard for me to describe how different things are than they were a week ago. I'm moving into more of a player coach role, and in the last 7 days, my team of PMs have been: - creating a "Cash App world view" with product repos - building agents to answer stakeholder questions - designing and implementing complex experiments - sending multi-variant campaigns in hours (not days) - executing automated test strategies - shipping fixes - setting up second versions of themselves to manage slack comms, planning assistance, idea capture, SQL query storage, and working memory Don't worry I'll still be shipping sick stuff (guess what's coming NEXT WEEK?!) but I'm so excited to get to coach a cracked team of builders through this phase.
