Exclusive CX Community Needed for AI-Driven Transformation
I’ve talked before about what I call the 4% rule. You can talk about 96% of your life with almost anyone. The funny travel story, the kid update, the weekend plans, the work thing that is interesting enough for dinner but not so specific that everyone starts looking for the dessert menu. But the best 2% and the worst 2% are different. Those moments require people who understand the context without needing the whole backstory. People who have carried the same kind of responsibility, made the same kinds of decisions, and felt the same highs and lows. That is what I found with CMO Coffee Talk. It started as a place for marketing leaders to compare notes, but it flourished to become a community that truly changed lives and careers. It's still doing that today. I believe CX leaders need that kind of room right now. Customer experience is in a period of intense transformation. AI is changing what’s possible. Expectations are rising. Leaders are being asked to move faster, protect trust, improve service, reduce friction, and bring their teams along while the playbook is still being written. That is 4% territory. So at Parloa, we’re building the CX Community Inner Circle: an invitation-only community for CX and AI leaders to connect, exchange what’s working, learn from what isn’t, and raise the bar for customer experience together. We are building it with Anika Tannebaum - SERVICE Expert as our CX Community Lead. She brings deep experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, leadership, service culture and transformation. The goal of this community is to foster real relationships, high-quality conversations, generous peer exchange, and a space where leaders can talk openly with people who have walked the same road. The next era of CX can’t be built in isolation. It has to be shaped by the leaders doing the hard, meaningful work of transformation in real time and learning from one another as they go.
