Copper‑Gold Valuation Hits 40‑year Low, Altcoins Poised
The business cycle is defined by the valuation of Copper vs. Gold. Gold has gone up massively, which is basically the reasoning behind the entire risk-off thesis. However, Gold has peaked, or atleast, overextended to the upside in the short-term, which opens up the possibilities for investments in #Altcoins and #Bitcoin to outperform vs. Gold. This chart is a great representation. Essentially, those lows are where Copper is undervalued vs. Gold. The highs are when Copper is overvalued vs. Gold and where the business cycle is essentially peaking. In current conditions, we've witnessed the longest bear market for #Altcoins until date, which has been more than four years. The valuation of Copper vs. Gold is the lowest in 40 years. The previous time those lows where hit, these was the low for #Altcoins. This time will be no different.
