🚨 JUST IN: @Nuvei is reportedly in advanced talks to buy @Payoneer for ~$2.7 billion. Per @Reuters, citing two people familiar, a deal could be signed in the coming days, though sources say it's not done yet. If it closes, the logic is clean. The two sit on opposite ends of the same flow: → Nuvei helps merchants accept payments → Payoneer helps money get sent out — to suppliers, freelancers, online sellers One platform, both sides of a cross-border transaction. It would also give Nuvei a deeper emerging-markets footprint and access to Payoneer's marketplace clients – @amazon , @Walmart , @eBay. The price: ~$2.7B (about $2.3B enterprise value) – a real premium over Payoneer's ~$1.7B market cap. Reuters notes a mixed year: revenue +8% to $1.05B, but net income –40% to $73.2M, with 34% of 2025 revenue from greater China.
