DealRoom announced the launch of DealRoom MCP, a Model Context Protocol‑based connector that lets AI engines such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude and Microsoft Copilot read and write live deal data inside the platform. The private‑beta solution removes the need for manual download‑upload cycles by enabling AI to analyze diligence documents, create pipeline records, generate summaries and update data rooms in real time. Built on DealRoom’s existing security framework, MCP preserves permissions and audit trails while accelerating M&A workflows. The feature is currently available to a limited set of design partners.
