ING Groep NV Sells 64,648 Shares of GE Aerospace $GE
ING Groep NV trimmed its GE Aerospace holding by 38.3%, selling 64,648 shares and leaving a 104,299‑share position worth roughly $31.4 million. The reduction came as other institutions, notably Norges Bank, Jennison Associates, Vanguard, Lazard and Geode Capital, expanded their stakes, pushing total institutional ownership to 74.8%. GE Aerospace reported first‑quarter earnings of $1.57 per share, beating estimates and delivering 17.6% revenue growth. The company also lifted its quarterly dividend to $0.47, while analysts maintain a moderate‑buy consensus with a $319 target price.
