KRN Heat Exchanger on Summer Demand & UAE Export Dispatch Issues | HVAC Industry Outlook | Business
KRN Heat Exchanger says an early, hotter summer is lifting demand for room air conditioners but has limited impact on its business, which is focused on commercial HVAC, VRV systems, heat pumps and other non-room-AC segments and operates with fairly steady year‑round production. OEM customers, including those who make room‑AC coils in‑house, have built inventory in recent months and expect sales to pick up imminently. KRN expects to utilize its new capacity roughly in the mid‑20% to 30% range in FY26, but near‑term shipments to the UAE are stalled because vessels and port access (Jabal Ali) are unavailable. As a result, finished‑goods inventory for UAE orders is rising and revenue recognition for those sales may be delayed until dispatch resumes.
