The Oklahoma district court issued a series of orders in the Jarrell v. Haaji litigation between 2023 and 2026. Initial rulings partially dismissed Roadways Enterprises’ motion to dismiss, while later orders compelled both Roadways and Haaji to supplement discovery responses. In September 2025 the court granted a partial judgment on the pleadings, dismissing the plaintiffs’ negligence‑per‑se claims with prejudice, though allowing amendment for other statutory violations. The most recent March 2026 order again mandated supplemental discovery within a 21‑day window.
