The GSMA has launched a global Innovation Fund offering £100,000‑£200,000 grants to small and growing enterprises that use mobile and digital technologies to accelerate the green transition in low‑ and middle‑income countries. The fund targets solutions that expand clean‑energy access, promote handset circularity, and improve digital inclusion across Africa, Central and South America, and South/Southeast Asia. Recipients must demonstrate commercial revenue, active users, and provide at least 25% matching funding, receiving technical assistance and investor connections over a 15‑18‑month period.
