Skyworks and MediaTek Showcase Early 6G FR3 and PC1 RF Front-End Innovations at MWC 2026
Skyworks Solutions announced it will demonstrate an early‑6G FR3 RF front‑end power amplifier at Mobile World Congress 2026, partnering with MediaTek. The SKYR60002 module covers the 6.425‑to‑>7 GHz band and integrates LNA, PA and filters to meet new 3GPP requirements.
