Highlights include Maryland’s Legi‑Assist AI, Arizona’s 120‑language translation devices, and Colorado’s Energy Savings Navigator that aggregates over 670 clean‑energy incentives. The effort underscores how state governments are filling gaps left by a contracting federal role, leveraging technology and cross‑sector collaboration to improve public outcomes.
