The whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, unfiltered, and aged in first‑fill bourbon barrels with a finishing touch of Madeira casks, delivering gentle smoke, vanilla custard and spice notes. Taigh, meaning “house” in Gaelic, is positioned as the distillery’s house style and is priced at £40 (US$52) for a 700 ml bottle. The launch also marks a cultural collaboration, with Lee’s poetry set to appear in performances, film and editorial content.
