The raise backs a niche vertical play that aims to capture under-served, technology-ready contractors—streamlining operations and scaling repeatable processes for a fragmented $hundreds-of-billions construction market. If successful, OneCrew could become the go-to operational backbone for paving and similar self-perform subcontractors, accelerating digitization and consolidation in the sector.
OneCrew, a vertical SaaS startup for paving contractors, has raised $12 million to build an operating system that spans lead-to-cash workflows—from CRM and estimating to dispatch, job costing and invoicing. CEO Ari Bleemer, a former Bain consultant, launched the product after identifying a gap between broad construction platforms and field-service tools; OneCrew emphasizes interconnected workflows and a single source of truth for office and field teams. The platform targets small-to-mid-size contractors and growing multi-location or PE-backed roll-ups, offering integrations with tools like HubSpot while positioning itself as the central system of record. The company says its focus on estimating and project-based subcontractors differentiates it from existing construction SaaS incumbents.
