The raise positions ServiceUp to modernize a deeply fragmented, under-digitized $250B repair market and scale with large fleet customers whose predictable, high-dollar maintenance needs offer cleaner margins and faster revenue growth than consumer repairs.
ServiceUp, a repair-platform startup founded in 2021, has raised a $55 million Series B—bringing total funding to about $70 million—to digitize vehicle repair for fleet operators and insurers across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The company pivoted from a consumer pickup-and-delivery model to focus on higher-margin B2B fleet clients (including major delivery and rental fleets) and insurance partners, targeting an estimated $250 billion annual TAM in fleet repairs. ServiceUp sells technology and managed repair services that replace archaic shop systems, and plans European expansion by late 2026 via a large customer. Management cites large per-customer spend (one client spends ~$175 million annually on collision repairs) and strong unit economics as drivers of growth.
