Burnout Stems From Identity, Not Time Management
Burnout is not a productivity problem. It's an identity problem. Every program I've ever seen on "beating burnout" focuses on sleep hygiene, time blocking, and saying no to meetings. None of that is wrong. But none of it gets to the root . . . our identity. Most of us have quietly built our entire identity on our output. Our title. Our revenue. Our busyness. So when someone says "slow down," what we hear is "you're worth less." That's not a calendar problem. That's a belief problem. Until you answer the question "Who has God created me to be?" No hack, tool, or wellness app will fix what's underneath. I know because I lived it. If you're battling burnout, look at what identity is actually built on.
