True Leaders Stand at the Back, Not Front
He stood at the back of the line. I remember when I was in college being in line at the cafeteria when the President of the college walked in with a few donors and VPs. My expectation was they would go to the front of the line given their status. Instead, he led them to the back of the line and like everyone else, they waited. A great lesson in leadership. Your title should not lead to entitlement.
