From Too Early to Category Leader: GTM Clarity Wins
Every category leader had to survive a phase when they were "Too Early" Meet Wasim K. . He’s the CEO of BLACKBIRD.AI . We started working together inside the Unstoppable GTM Program when he only had ONE customer. The US Department of Defense. They had incredible technology, but his ideal customers didn’t quite get what they were selling (not yet at-least). Fast forward to today, they went from “Too Early” to a Category Leader in a fast growing space called Narrative Intelligence. They’ve even gone on to raise a Series A and then a Series B.
