A Flock of Seagulls has signed a deal with BMG, granting the music company ownership of the band’s publishing catalog and the master recordings of their four classic 1980s albums. BMG now controls U.S. publishing rights and participates in global publishing income, while also holding worldwide ownership of the sound recordings. The financial terms were not disclosed.
