
NY Now Acquired by RMG Following Deal With Emerald
Rockview Management Group (RMG) has acquired the NY NOW wholesale gift, home and lifestyle trade show from Emerald Holding, Inc. The new ownership team—industry veterans Dorothy Belshaw, William Lacey and Karen Olson—plans to revamp the biannual event, beginning with the August 2‑4, 2027 edition at the Javits Center. RMG will conduct buyer surveys and outreach to former attendees to inform changes in format, services and vendor mix. A winter market is also slated for February, signaling a year‑round strategy to re‑energize the Northeast market.
