The Utah Department of Transportation awarded Quarterhill a five‑year, $6.3 million contract to implement its tolling back‑office and customer‑service platform across the I‑15 Express Lanes. The deal includes transaction processing, account management and a customer‑service centre, with five optional one‑year extensions. Quarterhill’s modular solution will replace UDoT’s patchwork of dashboards, consolidating rules, roles and workflows in a single system.
