Learn more about how I help small data teams build modern architectures
-----
When building a data architecture, there's one thing everyone wants to avoid...
And it's making a decision that turns out to be a big, costly mistake.
Especially early on.
And I've personally been guilty of this earlier in my career, so I know the feeling.
But when you're a small team, you already have enough responsibilities on your plate.
It's hard to know exactly what subtle things you should be looking out for and avoid.
And even harder to recognize what's missing in a process already in place.
So in this video I'm going to share 5 of the common mistakes I still see smaller data teams making.
And hopefully it'll give you some ideas on things to keep an eye out.
Or, if you are already doing some of these things...
Help you correct the issue before it gets too late.
Enjoy.
