It specializes in international procurement, supplier development, market research, contract management, strategic sourcing, purchasing, and logistics, coordinating worldwide PEMEX purchases with ISO-9001 quality procedures. The company operates from its Houston, Texas office and conducts global tenders and supplier programs to optimize the Pemex supply chain and purchasing power.
