Yesterday the team at Replit invited me in to present on what i've learned 125 days into vibe coding 10+ apps into production. That have been used over 750,000 times. I learned a lot summarizing my learnings, but there was one big take-away I had in the middle of my demo: The Replit AI agent, since v3, now truly acts as part of my team. Not a tool anymore. The AI agent (really agents, plural) now is that good. Not perfect. But that good. This is the promise of AI. Now, Replie and I can talk through a new feature, we get on the same page together, and we just go. Together. We know each other, we know how to work together, and now that Replit basically has an unlimited context window, it knows me and our apps so well. We can pick up the conversation tomorrow, or next week, and just keep going. That's radically different than 125 days ago, and so much better. And I can't imagine what 2026 will bring. Not co-pilots or tools. But AI Agents that are truly, really, part of the team.

SaaStr overhauled its customer‑engagement workflow by deploying multiple AI agents after a failed pilot with a single agent. The company partnered with vendors such as Qualified and Adelphi to replace an outdated website contact form and unreliable sales round‑robin process,...

My least favorite idea of all is to have customer success report to sales It's trading off the future for the present
A VP mis-hire is always tough. A VP Sales mis-hire can set you back a year in sales. A VP Marketing mis-hire can lead you down massive time and money ratholes that don’t get you any more customers. But,...
