Boosted Ad Volume 28% Free, Leveraging AI Efficiency
We increased the volume of ads we're providing clients by about 28% in the last 1-2 months and we haven't increased their rates a penny. My goal is to do another 20% lift in diverse volume by end of July. We took all the efficiency improvements by improving workflows and implementing AI into our strategies and gave that back to our clients. My thought was if we can provide more value at the same price point and improve performance (by bringing in more creative) then we become increasingly valuable as a partner. I truly believe in investing into the brands and clients we work with; this is why our retention rate is soo low and we can selectively onboard brands that are a 100% good fit instead of focusing on volume.
