Founded by Michael Farrahi in 1992, Constructive Engineering Desing, Inc. (CED) provides specializes in providing developers and owners low-risk and more certain return on their development investment through a streamlined design-build process for structure and with expert guidance on quality, budget, codes and overall building requirements. CED offers the design, procurement, fabrication and erection of structural steel through its design-build division, Steel Frame Alliance. The CED management team includes experienced professional project management and field supervision--in addition to in-house engineering services--for large and/or complex projects.
