LIFTT is a Montana-based nonprofit focused on helping people with disabilities live independently in their homes and communities. The organization offers programs and advocacy across 18 southeastern and south-central counties, assisting with housing, transportation, education, social security navigation, in-home caregiving, and independent living skills.
