About Strada

Strada is a nonprofit focused on connecting education with opportunity by clearing barriers between education and work. It advocates and supports five focus areas—clear outcomes, quality coaching, affordability, work-based learning, and employer alignment—across the United States to help learners and employers find pathways to fulfilling careers. Through research, grantmaking, and policy solutions, Strada works to improve education-to-employment transitions and ensure accessible, outcome-driven information for students and policymakers. The organization emphasizes educating and guiding both learners and employers toward a more connected education-to-work ecosystem.
