From Passion Project to Full‑Time Founder: Pickleball’s Pull

I actually never wanted to be a founder. Having worked in early startups most of my career, I knew what a heavy toll it takes on founders especially. Court & Crew started out of my love for pickleball and its magical ability to bring people together regardless of background or physical ability. It was a passion project I started while working a full time job, and quickly grew into something worth quitting my job for.
