Every Consulting Wing Claims Its Exec Owns AI

I was just looking at an article from one of the big consulting firms. The Human Capital practice wrote a compelling piece arguing that HR should lead the AI transformation. I then spent a few minutes on google / gemini and I found Finance practice of this firm had a compelling piece arguing that the CFO is best positioned to ensure that AI is not just a technology project, but a value-generating, secure, and trustworthy tool for the enterprise. I then checked what the IT practice had to say, yep you guessed it, The CIO (Chief Information Officer) is uniquely positioned to take ownership of AI strategy and implementation.  Thanks for clearing that up.
