Attendees noted confusion over multiple overlapping meeting threads and calendars, and agreed the CDU paper should pair with existing introductory CDU documentation and tie into cold-plate and pipe-system work. Don, Ham and others will coordinate with ACF and DCF leadership (including Nvidia representation) to scope the CDU workstream and determine whether to fold it into TCS discussions or run a separate track. They plan follow-up coordination over the next one to two weeks and to use the ACF call as a venue for broader alignment.
