The eight‑storey, premium development will be part of the 4.6‑acre Waterfront South Central mixed‑use scheme, which also includes the new Citi Irish headquarters and 550 residential units. Expected to submit a planning application soon, the project targets both business and leisure travelers and will be the first Wilde property in Ireland.
