Another podcast hack I'm trying that seems to be working well: Instead of a 1 hour block, I will record 30m with a guest, then two 15m episodes on different topics. So we have 3 episodes versus 1. There's a market for each time block (1m, 2m, 15m, 30m, 45m, 1/2 hours+).
