Geneva, Switzerland: IATA Opens Nominations for 2026 Diversity & Inclusion Awards to Celebrate Equity and Leadership in Global Aviation
International Air Transport Association (IATA) has opened nominations for its 2026 Diversity & Inclusion Awards, which will honor individuals and airlines advancing equity in aviation. The program features three categories – Inspirational Role Model for senior female leaders, High Flyer for women under 40, and a Team Award for member airlines – each backed by a $25,000 prize funded by Qatar Airways. Winners will be announced at IATA’s 82nd Annual General Meeting and World Air Transport Summit in Rio de Janeiro in June 2026. The awards support IATA’s 25by2025 initiative to boost female representation across the sector.
