They collect the revenue & spend it… ZINARA doesn’t fix roads, it COLLECTS REVENUE & distributes it to national & local road authorities. You are misinformed. President @edmnangagwa inherited roads that were not maintained FOR DECADES, don’t expect him to perform miracles, he has done EXTREMELY WELL with very little resources…. It’s cheaper to maintain roads, but those bad roads require COMPLETE RECONSTRUCTION… it took more than 100 years to build all the roads you see in Zimbabwe & in most cases the country had access to external funding & there were no sanctions… You can’t be making comparisons that way, that’s unreasonable… find better ways to criticise
