U.S. Treasury expands sanctions on Iran-linked shipping network
The U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced a new sanctions round targeting a global network of shipping firms, tanker operators and intermediaries tied to Iran’s petroleum and petrochemical trades. Entities in Hong Kong, the UAE, India, Qatar, Singapore, China, Liberia and the Marshall Islands were added to the Specially Designated Nationals list.

BonV Aero Partners with Israel’s ParaZero to Offer Drone Catchers
Indian unmanned systems firm BonV Aero has teamed with NASDAQ‑listed ParaZero Technologies to launch DefendAir, a hard‑kill counter‑drone system that captures hostile UAVs with kinetic nets. The system can fire five nets within a 50‑metre radius, neutralising drones from 30 cm up to 5 m without emitting radio frequencies, making it suitable for sensitive zones. Currently in trial, DefendAir will undergo three more months of field testing before Indian armed forces adoption. The partnership also grants BonV exclusive rights to produce the system locally and includes the autonomous delivery platform DropAir.
