The study reported a 71.2% overall response rate and a 59.3% complete response rate, with median time to first response under one month and a median duration of response of 18.1 months. Safety findings showed high‑grade neutropenia in 76% of patients and cytokine release syndrome in 81%, though no treatment‑related deaths occurred.
