Turn Spreadsheets Into AI Assistants for Instant Productivity

I keep hearing marketers say they don't know where to start with AI. Not an excuse. Start with the spreadsheet you're staring at right now. Last week, someone on my team had a ton of webinar leads that needed personalized follow-up messages from 29 different sales reps. We had the content already drafted but I was looking for a "Hey. Did you remember to follow up?" Not a dashboard that shows activity levels. I was just looking for a quick reminder to be sent to each account owner. She uploaded the export to an AI tool, provided a template, and had all 29 messages drafted in 5 minutes. No code. No engineering support. No weeklong "AI transformation initiative." Just a file and a clear ask. Now, it wasn't perfect. The Slack integration didn't work to automate the reminder messages. I've found the Slack integration to be BY FAR THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF ALL AI VIBE CODING. But that's the reality of building with AI right now. But even with the workaround, a 45-minute task dropped to 10 minutes. And now we're setting it up so she can run it herself every time.
