Post Sparingly, Share Insights, Engage Meaningfully on LinkedIn
I went to @LinkedIn's “what to post on LinkedIn” webinar today and here were the main takeaways, for the interested: 1. Share a recap of an event you attended with key takeaways for folks who couldn’t attend 2. Share a learning/original insight, a vulnerable “lesson learned” or a thoughtful takeaway from a tough professional situation 3. Don’t post more than once a day, and posting 3-5 times a week is plenty 4. Be active in the comments by replying with something helpful (but do NOT do the thing where you just echo back what the post said or go in and plug/link to your sh*t)
