No one likes TV station layoffs except @AGomezFCC in order to score partisan political points. If the @FCC, Congress, and the Courts do not allow the private sector to rationalize a decaying local TV industry, however painful, the U.S. will need to adopt a @BBC model after reclaiming most TV station spectrum and auctioning it off to @SpaceX and 5G carriers. This is not a drill.
