KITS Poised for $500M Revenue, 3‑year Upside
$KITS is currently being offered at bargain prices. I think today will prove to be a massive buying opportunity looking out 2-3 years. I think KITS can reach $500M in revenues, or close to it, by 2030-2031. EBITDA margins should be between 15-20% at that point. At $500M × 15% margins, that’s $75M EBITDA on a $350M EV. Using a conservative 15x multiple gets us to roughly $35–40/share versus $10.75 today. And at that point you'd own one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in Canada, still growing at 15–20%, with US expansion optionality and a business model that gets more capital-efficient as it scales. Not advice, DYODD.
