Herat Panchal Joins First Economy as Chief Growth Officer

First Economy has created a chief growth officer role and appointed Herat Panchal to lead it. Panchal will design integrated growth frameworks that unite brand, media, partnerships, and performance functions. He brings dual expertise from the publisher and agency sides, most recently as Director of Digital Entertainment at JioStar and senior roles at Viacom18 and GroupM. His mandate covers business expansion, revenue acceleration, cross‑category strategy, and building commercial teams.
