Bitwise Files with US SEC for 11 Single‑token ‘Strategy’ Crypto ETFs

Bitwise has submitted a Form N‑1A to the SEC proposing eleven single‑token “strategy” ETFs, each focused on a specific altcoin such as Aave, Uniswap, Zcash, Sui and Near. The funds will combine direct spot holdings with exposure through exchange‑traded products and may use derivatives, allocating up to 60% of assets to the token itself and at least 40% to related securities. This filing expands Bitwise’s U.S. lineup beyond its existing Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana staking and equity‑based products. The suite represents a coordinated, rules‑based approach to bringing a broader set of altcoins into regulated markets.
