Nacon, the French publisher behind titles such as Styx: Blades of Greed and RoboCop: Rogue City, has filed for judicial reorganisation insolvency after its majority shareholder, Bigben Interactive, failed to make a partial bond loan repayment. The filing aims to give the company time to renegotiate with creditors, protect employees and preserve jobs.
